Implementation: Verilog

Delft University releases the Mextram model in the form of a Verilog-A(MS) Source Code.

Verilog-A Language Reference Manual 2.2 is published in 2004 by Accellera.

An implementation in Verilog-A of each of the supported model levels, can be found at the corresponding Releases pages:

• Level 504 .

C code implementation

Mextram is implemented in C code e.g. as part of the SiMKit library, which supports interfaces to Spectre and ADS.
